임은 사랑하노라 말 못 꺼내고

임은 가 버리셨다오

비단결보다 고운 마음씨에
세상에서 제일가는 시인이라오
떠날 때 손잡고 악수라도 하였을 것을
오~ 임은 조용히 눈물로 삼키고 떠나가셨다오

임은 울고 있었다오 
흐느끼고 있었다오
표현 못할 사랑 벅찬 사랑이었기에
나 또한 임의 가슴 알아 같이 울었다오
임이 흐느끼시던 그 시간에
나의 고운 님 같이 흐느꼈다오
임은 동방 신선국 선녀라오
내 마음 동방 하늘에 떠 있는 나의 영원한 별님
